Bell Shakepeare's touring troupe, The Players, will tour all Australian states and territories in 2026 with various works, including Macbeth: The Rehearsal | The Players for senior students. It might be wise to book in to these limited seasons, soon.

It's the last day of term today for all those still at school. They join Vic and Qld, who've been on holiday for a week.

After touring the nation this year, with productions for students from Yr 2 - Yr 12, Bell Shakespeare's The Players are taking a break in Term 4.
This year's tours, Bottom's Dream, Such Sweet Sorrow and Macbeth - The Rehearsal finish with Term 3.
We look forward to finding out their plans for 202
As Term3 draws to a close, teachers are booking shows for Term 4 - especially if they want a show in the last week of school.
There are lots of options on SFS - but the earlier you book, the more likely to get the date you'd like.

Queensland and Victoria lead the charge into the Term 3 holidays on September 19, then others follow on September 26.
Teachers are thinking of Term 4 now. Just search your criteria and take note of the state it's available in.
We'll suggest some ideas over the next weeks.
Andrew Bovell's brilliant Speaking In Tongues is on now at the Heath Ledger Theatre but finishes on 14 September, so hurry.
The play was adapted for the screen as Lantana, a great Australian film.
