Last week SFS went along to Parkhill Primary, in Victoria, to catch up with The Jollybops - Trevor and Mark, who make science absorbing and entertaining. There's lots of audience participation in the show, including this segment where the teacher's wine glass magically turns water into "wine".
Assistant Principal, Elaine Brady, who booked the shows for the whole school to see for their Science Day, was delighted with the shows and how much the kids were talking about them. SFS had fun and learned some science, too.
Foundation teacher, Jan Tuck said "The Jollybobs Science show kept the students totally engaged throughout the performance. The Jolly Professor and Rusty the Robot demonstrated science concepts through experiments that involved the audience. An excellent science show. "
The Jollybops tour, mainly to primary schools in Eastern States with four different shows, including the very popular, Science With An Aboriginal Perspective . Check them all out, here
